1. Agreement
By accessing manifestandaffirm.life or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & pricing
We work hard to display products and pricing accurately, but colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.
3. Orders & payment
Orders are processed through our checkout provider. By submitting payment information you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email.
4. Shipping
We aim to ship physical orders within 24 business hours. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.
5. Returns & refunds
Unopened physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Emailhello@manifestandaffirm.lifeto start a return.
6. Digital downloads & intellectual property
All affirmation copy, art, photography, and downloadable files are the property of Manifest & Affirm. Digital downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Disclaimer
Our products are designed for inspiration and personal wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manifest & Affirm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
